EFFECTIVE DATE: April 30, 2022

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of QIDZ LLC, (“we,” “our,” or “us”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information on our booking platform (the “platform”). We do our best to respect your privacy and maintain your trust. To that end, we wrote this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with your use of QIDZ Booking platform.

How You Accept This Policy

By using QiDZ Booking platform, creating a user account or booking or publishing a class (to the extent you’re a business) you agree to the use, disclosure, and procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy.

What Information Do We Collect?

The information we collect falls into two categories: “Personally Identifiable Information” and “Non-Personally Identifiable Information.” Personally Identifiable Information broadly includes data that could potentially identify you as an individual. Non-personally Identifiable Information covers information that cannot be used to identify who you are. This Privacy Policy covers both types of data and will tell you how we might collect or use each. We collect a limited amount of Personally Identifiable Information when you create an account with QiDZ Booking platform, described further below. We also rely on several Third Party Services that also may ask for basic Personally Identifiable Information. We further collect a variety of Non-Personally Identifiable Information, including but not limited to: the date and time you access or use QIDZ Booking Platform; your IP address; the operating system and browser that you use; the website or online service that linked to, or referred you to QiDZ Booking Platform; and other non-personally identifiable traffic data.

How We Collect Information

We collect information about you whenever you use QiDZ Booking Platform.

Providers

If you are a business or other partner who signs up for QiDZ Booking platform to list children’s classes, camps, or other services (a “Provider”), we ask for your name, address, phone number, email, and other information about your business or service, as well as names and email addresses of individuals authorized to use your account. We also collect Personally Identifiable Information about your Customers (defined below), in order to enable Customers to book classes or other children’s events with you.

Information We Automatically Collect

Like most online services, QIDZ Booking platform automatically collects and stores Non-Personally Identifiable Information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Platform, such as: The type of computer or mobile device you use; Your device’s unique identifier; IP Address; MAC address; and Your device’s operating system and physical location (including geolocation, beacon based location, and GPS location).

We may also store usage data such as the date and time you access our servers, and what information and files have been downloaded to the application based on your device number.

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Local Storage

QiDZ may incorporate technology such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage to collect and store information.

Third-Party Services

To run QIDZ Booking platform, we often utilize various third-party products (collectively “Third Party Services” and individually a “Third Party Service”), such as analytics software. If you authorize us to connect with a Third Party Service, you grant us permission to collect certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information that the Third Party Service may make available to us. We use and disclose any collected information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that your use of a Third Party Service is governed by the service’s respective terms of service and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including our Providers.

Analytics Software

Third-party analytics software and tools help us gather certain information automatically and store it for analytical purposes. These services generally collect Non-personally identifiable information, including how often you visit QiDZ Booking platform and what sections you click on.

Data Retention

Even if you disable your account, or change your Personally Identifiable information, we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed so that QIDZ will continue to function properly or because it would be burdensome to delete.

Data Security

The security of Personally Identifiable Information is a high priority for us. We maintain our Platform and all associated data with technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
